First line a muffin tin with paper liners or alternatively grease it with a little butter.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (top and bottom heat).
2. Prepare ingredients
The following ingredients are required for the cupcake batter (12 pieces):
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams of butter, soft
- 150 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 190 grams of flour
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
3. Make the dough
Beat the eggs together with the icing sugar, the soft butter, the salt and the vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl until very frothy. Finally, carefully fold the flour sifted with the baking powder into the mixture with a whisk.
4. Fill the molds
Then use an ice cream scoop to fill the cupcake batter into the molds.
5. Dough in molds
The molds should be filled approx. 3/4 high with the dough.
6. Bake cupcakes
Now put the cupcakes in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
Decorate the cooled cupcakes with a cream topping.
Finally, decorate the cupcakes with fresh fruit and refrigerate until ready to serve.
