Italian tiramisu – step by step

1. Prepare ingredients

The following ingredients are required for 12 servings:
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 grams of sugar
- 500 grams of mascarpone
- 150 ml milk
- 250 ml coffee, for dipping
- 72 pieces of ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for sprinkling
2. Beat the egg yolks until frothy

Put the egg yolks together with the sugar in a bowl and stir with the mixer until very frothy.
3. Add the mascarpone

Now carefully stir in the mascarpone and milk.
4. Dip the ladyfingers

Then briefly dip the ladyfingers one after the other in the coffee and place a layer of them in a baking dish.
5. Spread the cream on top

Pour the Tirmisu cream into a piping bag and spread some of the mixture across the ladyfingers. Continue like this until all the ingredients are used up. Then chill the Tirmisu for a few hours.
6. Cocoa powder

Just before serving, dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
7. Serve

Serve the tiramisu decorated with whole coffee beans.
