- First preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Put the sugar, the oil, vanilla sugar and the whole eggs in a bowl and stir with a hand mixer until very frothy.
- Then wash the zucchini, grate them in pens with a kitchen grater and add to the mixture. Then fold in the grated nuts, baking powder, cinnamon and flour and stir carefully.
- Now place the dough on the prepared baking sheet, distribute it on top and smooth it out. Then the Zucchini-cake Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes (make a stick test).
