Zucchini cake from the tray – recipe

ingredients For 12 Servings

500 G sugar
250 ml Sunflower oil
1 Pk vanilla sugar
3 Pc Eggs
500 G zucchini
100 G Walnuts, grated
1 Pk baking powder
1 prize Ground cinnamon
500 G Flour smooth

recipe preparation

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Put the sugar, the oil, vanilla sugar and the whole eggs in a bowl and stir with a hand mixer until very frothy.
  3. Then wash the zucchini, grate them in pens with a kitchen grater and add to the mixture. Then fold in the grated nuts, baking powder, cinnamon and flour and stir carefully.
  4. Now place the dough on the prepared baking sheet, distribute it on top and smooth it out. Then the Zucchini-cake Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes (make a stick test).
