Vegan Chocolate Brownies – Recipe

The vegan chocolate brownies come without eggs and butter. The delicious recipe is suitable for coffee or as a dessert with a fruit sauce.

ingredients For 8th Servings

300 G Flour
200 G sugar
70 G Cocoa powder, vegan
200 ml Almond milk
250 ml Sunflower oil
1 Msp cinnamon
1 prize salt
1 TL baking powder
150 G Block chocolate, vegan

recipe preparation

  1. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and line a baking pan (approx. 20 x 30 cm) with baking paper.
  2. Mix the sugar with the flour and cocoa powder and gradually stir in the almond milk and oil.
  3. Refine the chocolate dough with the cinnamon and salt and fold in the baking powder.
  4. Then put the brownie dough in the prepared baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Then let the baked brownies cool completely in the pan.

Tips to the recipe

To make the chocolate coating easier to cut, dip a sharp knife in hot water beforehand.
