Vegan cake – recipe

A vegan cake doesn’t have to be complicated and can be made with just a few ingredients.

ingredients For 12 Servings

200 G Margarine, vegetable, soft
1 Pk vanilla sugar
350 G powdered sugar
500 G Flour
1 Pk baking powder
308 ml soy milk
1 Tbsp Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Ingredients for the cake pan

1 TL Margarine, vegetable
1 Tbsp Flour, for dusting

recipe preparation

  1. For the vegan cake, grease a cake tin with margarine or coconut fat, dust with flour and preheat the oven to 180 degrees top-bottom heat.
  2. Then stir the margarine together with the vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy – with a food processor.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and then stir into the margarine mass together with the soy milk.
  4. Now fill the dough into the prepared cake tin and bake in the oven for around 100 minutes – make a stick test.
  5. Turn the vegan cake out of the mold while it is still hot and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
