Quick nut cake – recipe

200 G Walnuts, ground
200 G sugar
6th Pc Eggs
3 Tr Bitter almond flavor

  1. For the quick nut cake Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, separate the eggs and mix the egg yolks with the aroma and sugar well. Then stir in the nuts.
  2. Now beat the egg white with the hand mixer very stiff.
  3. Brush the edge of a springform pan with a little oil and cover the base with baking paper.
  4. In the next step, carefully fold the egg white under the cake batter and fill it into the springform pan.
  5. Bake the cake for 30 minutes, then take it out of the oven and let it cool.
