Quick Chocolate Cup Cake Recipe

A chocolate cup cake is quick and easy to prepare. This recipe is easy to follow.

ingredients For 12 Servings

1 Bch cream
1 Bch sugar
1 Bch Flour
1 Bch Almonds, ground
0.5 Bch Oil, neutral
3 Pc Eggs
1 Pk baking powder
1 Bch Cocoa, instant
1 Pk vanilla sugar
1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs, for the mold
1 Tbsp Butter, for the mold

recipe preparation

  1. For the Chocolate mug cake First stir the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until frothy.
  2. Then stir in the oil and cream.
  3. Finally stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder, the cocoa powder and the ground almonds.
  4. Grease a bundt pan (or springform pan), sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fill in the batter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C top and bottom heat) for about 45 minutes (do a needle test).
