This recipe for a wonderfully fluffy and juicy plum cake is a must in the plum season.

180 G butter
3 Pc Eggs
2 TL Cinnamon for sprinkling
3 Tbsp Sugar for sprinkling
1 Pk Vanillin sugar
1 kg plums
200 G Flour
150 G powdered sugar
70 G sugar

  1. Mix the room temperature butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to a foamy mixture. Gradually stir in the egg yolks.
  2. Then mix the flour with the baking powder.
