Pancho cake with pineapple and walnuts – recipe

- 2 eggs
- 400 grams of sugar
- 400 grams of sour cream
- 300 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation:
- First stir the eggs with the sugar and sour cream until frothy.
- Then mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture.
- Now fill the dough into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- Then let the cake cool down and cut into cubes.
2. Chop walnuts, cut pineapple

3. Prepare the cream

4. Mix in pieces of cake

5. Spread the mass

6. Add pineapple and walnuts

7. Decorate with chocolate
