Lemon Frosting – Recipe

1. The basis for this frosting is powdered sugar, which is mixed with more or less lemon juice or with a mixture of lemon juice and water to form a normal, thick or delicate frosting.
2. It is important that the liquid is gradually stirred into the powdered sugar, not the other way around!
3. Put the powdered sugar in a small bowl. Add the lemon juice either pure or mixed with water and stir until smooth.
4. Finally the Lemon frosting Spread thickly on a lemon cake or a lemon tart or decorate cookies or muffins with it.
