This recipe is super quick to prepare and the chocolate cake with cocoa is super delicious. Only the baking takes some time.

Chocolate cake with cocoa

4th Pc Eggs, gr. M.
300 G Butter, soft
1 TL Butter, for the mold
1 TL Flour, for the mold
250 G sugar
250 G Flour
50 G Baking cocoa
1 Pk baking powder
1 prize salt
2 Tbsp Powdered sugar, sifted

recipe preparation

  1. First separate the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and sift. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat, grease a loaf pan with butter and sprinkle lightly with flour.
  2. Put the butter in a mixing bowl, add the sugar and whisk everything with the whisk of a food processor until frothy.
  3. Now add the egg yolks one at a time and stir in well, add the sifted flour with the baking powder and mix all the ingredients together well.
  4. Then beat the egg white with the salt to stiff egg whites and carefully fold into the dough – do not stir any more.
  5. Then pour the dough into the prepared form and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 50 minutes.
