120 G butter
130 G Dark chocolate
4th Pc Eggs
120 G sugar
100 G Almonds, ground

  1. Put butter in a bowl and melt a little in a double boiler. Put the chocolate in another saucepan and melt it in a double boiler.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Stir in the almond, then stir in the softened butter and the cooled chocolate. Finally fold in the whipped egg whites.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
  4. The thin cake should be a bit soft inside but not runny.
