Sugar cake from the tin recipe

This recipe for a simple sugar cake from the tray is just right for beginners. Desiccated coconut gives the cake that certain something.

ingredients For 15th Servings

3 Pc Eggs
2 Cup sugar
2 Cup Buttermilk
4th Cup Flour
1 Pk baking powder

Ingredients for the topping

2 Cup Desiccated coconut
0.5 Cup sugar
200 G butter

recipe preparation

  1. For this sweet sugar cake, first beat the sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Then stir in the buttermilk and finally fold in the flour sifted with baking powder.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle 1 cup of desiccated coconut over it.
  3. Mix the remaining coconut flakes with sugar and spread over the coconut flakes that have already been scattered.
  4. Now bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  5. The melted butter over the still hot sugar cake spread with a spoon.
