Plum Crumble – Recipe

The plum crumble recipe is ideal when you get cravings: it is quick to prepare with just a few ingredients.

ingredients For 2 Servings

350 G plums
0.5 Tbsp sugar
0.5 TL cinnamon
60 G Wholemeal spelled flour
0.25 TL baking powder
1 Pk vanilla sugar
1.5 Tbsp oatmeal
40 G Butter, cold

recipe preparation

  1. Halve the washed plums lengthways and stone them. Then mix the sugar and cinnamon and add to the plums.
  2. Now preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Mix the flour with the baking powder, vanilla sugar and oat flakes. Then add the cold butter flakes and knead into crumble with your hands.
  3. Layer the plums in a greased dish. Now spread the sprinkles over it and the plum crumble Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
