1. PREPARATION OF CAKE
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6).
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, then add the sugar and mix. Finally, fold the eggs 1 by 1, mixing well between each addition.
Then pour the flour into the rain by mixing the dough so that it is smooth, then add the nuts.
Butter and flour a mold about 20 cm in diameter, then pour the preparation in and carefully smooth the surface.
Bake the cake for about 20 minutes. Check the cooking with the blade of a knife (it must come out dry when it is planted in the cake).
Let cool before unmolding.
Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie, then let it cool slightly. Then add the white cheese.
Once the cake is cold, cover with white chocolate icing and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Decorate the icing with chocolate chips, colored sugar balls or any decoration of your choice to give the cake a festive look.
