250 G butter
200 G Raisins
400 G Flour
1 Pk baking powder
4th Pc Eggs
1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs, for the mold
180 G sugar
2 Tbsp Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
1 Pk vanilla sugar
200 ml milk
1 Tbsp Butter, for the mold

  1. For the juicy one Raisin Cake first wash the raisins with hot water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C (top / bottom heat). Grease a cake tin with a little butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. For the dough, put the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir until frothy. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites into snow and stir the yolks into the butter mixture.
  4. Stir in the flour sifted with the baking powder, add the milk and mix into a batter. Fold the egg whites together with the raisins into the dough.
