This recipe for plum cake with chocolate makes a delicious sheet cake.

ingredients For 20 Servings

180 g Butter, soft
200 g Zucker
200 g Dark chocolate
6 PCS Owner
200 g Flour
0.5 Pk baking powder
1000 g plums

recipe preparation

  1. First preheat the oven to 160 degrees (top and bottom heat) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Wash, halve and core the plums.
  3. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir the egg yolks together with the butter and sugar until very frothy.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and stir into the egg yolk and sugar mixture.
  6. Now mix the flour with the baking powder and fold into the dough alternately with the egg whites.
  7. Then spread the dough on the prepared baking sheet and spread the halved plum pieces on top.
