Chocolate cake – recipe

A simple Polish pastry recipe is the chocolate cake. Ideal for small confectioners.

ingredients For 12 Servings

250 G margarine
2 Cup sugar
3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Cup water
4th Pc Eggs
2 Cup Flour
2 Pk baking powder
1 Pk vanilla sugar

recipe preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat and line a cake tin with baking paper or grease it with a little butter.
  2. Then bring the margarine, sugar, cocoa and water to the boil in a saucepan and then let them cool.
  3. Now gradually stir in eggs, flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven for 60 minutes.

Tips to the recipe

The chocolate cake Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.

1 cup = 250 ml
