Chocolate cake made by Martha Stewart – recipe

You just have to love the Martha Stewart chocolate cake. A simple recipe for all chocolate fans.

ingredients For 12 Servings

250 G butter
220 G sugar
1 Pk Vanillin sugar
4th Pc egg yolk
150 G Grated chocolate
120 G Almonds, ground
4th Pc protein
250 G Flour
2 TL baking powder
1 Bch Chocolateglaze

recipe preparation

  1. First preheat the oven to 175 degrees hot air.
  2. Beat the butter until foamy, gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk and beat until creamy.
  3. Then stir in the grated chocolate, the almonds and the sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold carefully into the mixture.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 60 – 70 minutes.
  6. Then the Chocolate cake by Martha Stewart Let cool and decorate with the liquid chocolate.

Serve garnished with fresh fruit.
