Almond powder: 70 g
Wheat flour: 70 g
DESCRIPTION OF THE RECIPE
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6).
Melt butter and chocolate in a bain-marie.
In a bowl, whisk vigorously the eggs and sugar (the mixture should be frothy). Add the flour and the almond powder, then the melted chocolate. Mix everything gently with a spoon. Mold and cook for about 20 minutes.
