Sweet Potatoe Brownie – Recipe

This recipe for Sweet Potatoe Brownie does not contain any sugar – the juicy cake is made with sweet potatoes.

ingredients For 8th Servings

4th Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Flaxseed, crushed
5 Pc Dates
350 G Sweet potatoes
1 TL cinnamon
60 G Hazelnuts, grated
50 G Rice flour
3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
25th G Walnuts, chopped
1 prize salt

recipe preparation

  1. First mix the flaxseed in a bowl with the water and let it soak for 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, cook for 12 minutes and then strain.
  3. Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking pan with baking paper.
  4. Stone the dates and finely puree them with the sweet potato pieces, cinnamon and linseed in a blender.
  5. Then mix the puree with the flour, cocoa powder and walnuts and pour into the prepared form.
  6. Sweet Potatoe Brownie Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven, let cool, cut into pieces and serve.
