DESCRIPTION OF THE RECIPE
1. FOR THE TRIM
Mix the cottage cheese, liquid cream, cornflour and sugar.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites and add to the cheese mixture. Then add the yolks.
Cut the biscuits with a spoon into small pieces.
2. FOR ASSEMBLY AND COOKING
Butter small individual mussels and cover them with parchment paper. Cut 4 dough discs with a diameter of 4 cm larger than the mussels. Spread the dough up the edges, then prick with a fork.
Pour the cheese filling, insert the biscuit pieces and bake for 30 minutes.
Then let the cakes cool before unmolding.
