Tart au chocolat recipe

Tarte au chocolat is nice and crispy on the outside and tastes very chocolatey. This wonderful recipe comes highly recommended.

ingredients For 4th Servings

200 G butter
200 G Dark chocolate
100 G Chocolate, chopped
100 G powdered sugar
4th Pc Eggs
1 Pk Pudding powder, chocolate
1 Pk vanilla sugar
1 Msp baking powder
1 prize salt

  1. For a delicious tart au chocolat, first heat the butter in a saucepan, melt the chocolate in it, take it off the stove and let it cool a little. You can of course also do it over a water bath.
  2. Then mix the pudding powder with the baking powder.
  3. Now beat the eggs with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Slowly stir in the chocolate butter mixture and the chopped chocolate. Finally mix in the pudding powder.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased tart pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees (hot air or 180 degrees top-bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
