recipe preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
- Then make a dough out of the flour, sugar, butter, cocoa powder, an egg and baking powder in the food processor and cut in half.
- Press half of the dough into a springform pan and pull up the edge.
- For the filling of the quark, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla sugar and the pudding powder, stir a cream and pour into the springform pan.
- Spread the 2nd half of the dough on the quark mixture and the Quark cake Bake for 60 minutes.
