recipe preparation
- For the base, chop up the oreo biscuits using a food processor, mix them with the liquid margarine and press evenly into a springform pan lined with baking paper.
- For the filling, mix the oat milk, durum wheat semolina, margarine, vanilla yoghurt and vanilla pudding powder well and pour over the biscuit base. Don’t worry if the filling is a bit runny, the semolina will not swell until later.
