Vegan cheesecake with ore biscuits

32 Pc Oreo cookies
2 Tbsp margarine
10 Pc Oreo cookies to decorate

Ingredients for the filling

2 Tbsp margarine
1 Pk Vanilla yogurt, Alpro
1 Pk Vanilla Pudding Powder, Dr. Oetker
4th Tbsp Durum wheat semolina
4th Tbsp Oat or soy milk

recipe preparation

  1. For the base, chop up the oreo biscuits using a food processor, mix them with the liquid margarine and press evenly into a springform pan lined with baking paper.
  2. For the filling, mix the oat milk, durum wheat semolina, margarine, vanilla yoghurt and vanilla pudding powder well and pour over the biscuit base. Don’t worry if the filling is a bit runny, the semolina will not swell until later.
  3. Then bake the cake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for about 45 minutes until it is golden brown.
